Results, your rights, and the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Straight answers about how credit repair works.
Results
Every credit profile is different. We never promise a specific score and we never guarantee a specific outcome. Results depend on your report, the accuracy of what is on it, and how the credit bureaus respond. When entries are corrected and updated, your score can improve. That is honest.
No affiliation
Grand Ascension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit bureau, credit reporting agency, lender, or government agency.
Dispute it yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, free of charge. We are here because it is a lot of work and it is easy to get lost in the process. If you would rather handle it on your own, you can contact the three nationwide bureaus directly.
Credit Repair Organizations Act
Credit repair services are subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. sec. 1679). Under that law and consumer protection rules:
- You may cancel within 3 business days of signing your package, before any dispute letters are sent to the bureaus. On the last day of that window we reach out to confirm what you decide. To cancel, send a written notice with your name and the name of the package you chose.
- We do not charge upfront. Payment is due only after your disputes are fully finalized and you receive your final summary report. If your score starts below 600 and our work does not get it to at least 600, you do not pay at all for the package.
- You have the right to review the contract before you sign, and we will give you a copy.
- We will not misrepresent what we can do, and we will not tell you that accurate, current, and verifiable information can be removed from your report.
We give every client the name and address of the credit bureau used to generate the report we review together.
