What this site does

Grand Ascension provides credit education and dispute assistance. The site, the chatbot, and the materials are for informational purposes. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing is a promise of a specific result.

No guarantees

We make no guarantee that any particular item will be removed from your report or that any score will change by any amount. Anyone who promises you a specific score is not giving you the truth.

SMS and the CREDIT keyword

Texting the word CREDIT to 617-639-7975 is your express request to receive a reply by text. By messaging us you agree to receive a text conversation about your free consultation. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies, one conversation at a time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Contracts and cancellation

If you buy a package, you get a written contract before you commit. You may cancel within 3 business days of signing, before any dispute letters are sent to the bureaus. On the last day of that window we reach out to confirm what you decide. To cancel, send a written notice with your name and the name of the package you chose. We do not charge upfront. Payment is due only after your disputes are fully finalized and you receive your final summary report. If your score starts below 600 and our work does not get it to at least 600, you do not pay at all for the package. Because you have not paid yet at that point, there are no refunds or money-back guarantees beyond that cancellation window.

Your use of the site

• Be honest in the form and the chat. We rely on the details you give us to help you.
• Do not send sensitive numbers (Social Security, card, bank) through the site or by text.
• The design, copy, and materials are ours. Do not reuse them without permission.

Liability

We work carefully, but we cannot be liable for losses that result from your credit situation, from how third parties like credit bureaus respond, or from how you use the information on this site. Information on this site may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
